Dick Turpin was back to his best in the Totesport.com Summer Mile Stakes Group 2 at Ascot today. Dick Turpin has now smashed through the £800,000 barrier in earnings to date under the care of Champion trainer Richard Hannon and makes it the third Group 2 win of his career. Dick Turpin was purchased by Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock at the Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sales in 2008 for €26,000 on behalf of John Manley.
