Estidhkaar won the Superlative Stakes Group 2 at Newmarket for his owner Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum by 4 1/2 lengths under Paul Hanagan for trainer Richard Hannon. Trainer Richard Hannon stated that he has to be a Guineas horse in the making. Estidhkaar may now turn up in the Vintage Stakes at Glorious Goodwood or Doncaster’s Champagne Stakes. Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock Ltd purchased Estidhkaar at the DBS Premier Yearling sales in 2013 for £200,000 from Redpender Stud.
