Maureen was a very impressive winner of the Princess Margaret Juddmonte Stakes (Group 3) at Ascot today for her owner Ahmad Alkhallafi, champion trainer Richard Hannon and jockey Richard Hughes. She travelled very well throughout the race and showed a very smart turn of foot to put the race to bed at the furlong marker. Maureen has entries in the Lowther Stakes (Group 2) at York and the Cheveley Park Stakes (Group 1) at Newmarket later in the season. Maureen was purchased privately by Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock Ltd.
