Sunset Park landed the Group 2 Matriarch Stakes at Flemington in Australia on Saturday for her owners Cross Park Syndicate,P B James Et Al,trainer Brad Widdup and jockey Jamie Melham. Sunset Park was an impressive winner and looks to have an exciting season. The daughter of Sea The Stars was purchased for 60,000 Guineas at the Tattersalls December Mares Sale from Godolphin in 2023.
