The sale, considered Europe’s most progressive yearling sale, provided consistent results on the track across the world.

The 2021 sale concluded with 402 horses sold (90 per cent clearance) for a record average price of £27,060 a record median price of £20,000 and a record turnover of £10,877,978, increases of 24 per cent, 25 per cent and 49 per cent on 2020’s returns. Over the two-day sale, six horses fetched six-figure sums, while 62 sold for £50,000 or more.. Graduates have been performing exceptionally well on the track already this season, most notably on Irish Guineas weekend where Helvic Dream won the Group 1 Tattersalls Gold Cup and Gustavus Weston won the Group 2 Greenlands Stakes.

Widely known as the best 2 box on the market, the horse box will be presented to the vendor of the horse that wins the Tattersalls Ireland €300,000 Super Auction Sales Stakes at the Curragh on Irish Champions weekend, commencing in 2022.
