Happy Romance won the Group 3 Shadwell Dick Poole Fillies Stakes in good style at Salisbury for her owners McMurray Family, trainer Richard Hannon and Sean Levey. Having won two big sales races in emphatic style it was brilliant to see her go on to win. Happy Romance thoroughly deserved to get some black type and this should be the start of bigger and even better things and may go for the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes. The daughter of Dandy Man was purchased as a yearling for £25,000 at the Goffs UK Premier Yearling Sale from Redpendar Stud in 2019.
