Kasimir won the Grade 2 Khaya Stables Diadem Stakes for the second time in two years in a thrilling finish at Kenilworth, South Africa on Saturday for his owners W P Drew & B Kantor, Mesdames A M Doyle, D Nagle & Paul Shanahan, trainer Justin Snaith and jockey Richard Fourie. The son of Captain Al was having his eight career win. Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock Ltd purchased Kasimir at the Cape Premier Yearling Sale in 2016 for R1,2-million.
