Kool Kompany won his second Group 2 race yesterday in France when winning the Prix Robert Papin at Maisons-Laffitte for his owners Middleham Park Racing & William Drew, trainer Richard Hannon and jockey Richard Hughes. Kool Kompany made it five wins from 6 runs and showed how tough he was to win by half a length and may now head for the Group 1 Prix Morny in Deauville on 24th August or Middle Park Stakes is another option. Kool Kompany was purchased by Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock at the DBS Premier Yearling Sale 2013 for £40,000.
