Magic Wand stormed home yesterday to win Group 2 Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot for her owners Michael Tabor, Derrick Smith, Mrs John Magnier & M J Jooste, trainer A P O’Brien and jockey Ryan Moore. The daughter of Galileo and a three-parts sister to Irish Oaks heroine Chicquita. Magic Wand was purchased by Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock/MV Magnier /Mayfair Speculators at Arqana August Yearling Sales in 2016 for €1.4 million from Ecurie des Monceaux.
