Olympic Glory produced a good performance to take Group 1 glory in France at Longchamp yesterday to win the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere for trainer Richard Hannon and winning owner Sheikh Joaan Bin Hamad Al Thani and is now a leading contender for next year’s 2,000 Guineas. Olympic Glory was purchased by Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock Ltd for £65,000 at Doncaster Premier Yearling Sales in 2011.
