Rostropovich won the Group 2 Futurity Stakes at Curragh yesterday for his owners Tabor Smith Magnier Jooste, trainer Aidan O’Brien & jockey Ryan Moore. Rostropovich may now be aimed at the National Stakes at Curragh on September 10. The son of Frankel was purchased at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale 2016 from his breeder Croom House Stud.
