Super star miler Canford Cliffs won the JLT Lockinge Stakes, Group 1 at Newbury on Saturday in great style for owners The Heffer Syndicate, Michael Tabor & Derrick Smith, Champion Trainer Richard Hannon and jockey Richard Hughes. Canford Cliffs has now won four Group 1's to date and £745,299 in prizemoney. Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock Ltd purchased Canford Cliffs for £50,000 at the DBS Premier Yearling sale in 2008.
